About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Churchill Living Ltd in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for customers interested in our retirement living developments, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Proactively contact customers to introduce them to our developments and provide personalized advice on their purchase.
  • Work closely with the onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Utilize our show home centre to showcase apartments and provide customers with all the information they need to make an informed decision.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Previous experience in new homes sales, particularly in the retirement market, is desirable but not essential. You will be a team player with a proactive approach to sales and marketing, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
