Welcome to the Rentokil Initial Graduate Scheme, a comprehensive program designed to fast-track your career in pest management. Our scheme offers a unique blend of industry-recognised training, hands-on experience, and opportunities for career advancement.

Program Structure

The initial 6-12 months of the program will focus on developing your skills as a Pest Control Technician, where you will provide valuable support to customers while receiving comprehensive training. Following this, you will have the opportunity to choose from various career paths, including Sales Surveyor, Service Team Leader, Key Account Manager, and Field Biologist.

Requirements

To be eligible for this program, you must possess a minimum of a 2:2 degree in a relevant subject, such as Science or Business Management. Additionally, you must hold a full UK driving license and demonstrate a strong work ethic and flexibility to adapt to varying work patterns.

Career Prospects

Our graduate scheme offers a clear path to career advancement, with opportunities to progress into senior positions within the company. We currently have graduates in post who have progressed into very senior positions, including a Board Director. Other graduate career journeys have taken them overseas to our operations in countries and regions such as Australia, the Middle East, and North America.
