Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Kerry's Taste & Nutrition Manufacturing facility in Coleraine, Northern Ireland. Our site has a rich history of producing high-quality dairy products since the 1940s and supplies cheese slices to the food service industry and major UK and Ireland supermarkets.

This is a permanent and full-time position that requires a hands-on individual who will oversee and optimize our supply chain, forecasting, and planning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and integrate all recommended planning processes to ensure seamless supply chain operations
  • Manage inventory management, supply planning, warehousing/logistics strategies, raw material strategy, scheduling, transport, and new product execution
  • Deliver agreed supply chain KPIs and process compliance with Kerry's Way of Working (WOW) and drive process improvement to best practice
  • Lead a team of direct reports in a day-to-day context and from an employee development viewpoint
  • Ensure end-to-end inventory management and stock control while controlling costs adequately
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant business experience; additional postgraduate educational achievements are highly desirable
  • Previous experience in an equivalent position with strong leadership and management skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving key operational targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems
