We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide person-centered care to our clients in the evenings and on weekends.
As a Caregiver with Nexus Care Services, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly and vulnerable clients while earning premium pay rates of £12.00 up to £25.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to clients following structured care plans in line with CQC regulations.
- Support clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Premium pay rates of £12.00-£25.50ph, with increased rates for weekend and double-up calls.
- Weekly pay and DOUBLE PAY on all bank holidays.
- Paid travel time and fuel contribution.
- Paid shadowing and training.
- 'Locked Hours' Opportunities.
- £100 refer a friend scheme.
- Paid Holiday and enrolment to company pension scheme.
- Four free Uniforms on induction for Full Time & Two for Part time.
- 24/7 on-call access for assistance.
- A driving licence and access to own car.
- Preferably previous experience of 1 year within the care industry, however training and full support is provided if you are new to care.
