**Job Title: Financial Analyst**

**Location:** Our Head Office

**Salary:** Competitive plus bonus & benefits

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Finance Operations division as a Financial Analyst. Our Branded Accounts team works with over 900 brands, selling their products through our website and distributing them from our warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Accurately raise and issue invoices to suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice queries efficiently.
  • Ensure VAT controls are maintained across the department.
  • Produce monthly balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month-end process.
  • Work closely with our extended finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Confident in handling challenging conversations with suppliers.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • A desire to question and challenge for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

  • Part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or other financial qualification (preferred but not required).
