We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Lead to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading the production operations in our plant and delivering key performance targets in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective manufacturing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of production staff to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
