Job Overview

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our premium fast-paced restaurant in Peterhead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer service standards, driving sales, and ensuring site profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Sales and Profitability: Analyze sales data and implement plans to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Team Development: Train, coach, and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain company and brand standards, adhere to H&S guidelines, and ensure all operational aspects are running smoothly.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and achieve store and company KPIs, and stay up-to-date with current trends and competitor analysis.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate high levels of operational, leadership, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Target-driven and customer service-oriented with a high level of motivation and ambition.
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
