Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Assistant to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our client services team, you will provide administrative support to our top employers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing expert advice and guidance on course administration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and student data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support Client Relationship Managers with data collection, implementation of programme changes, and sharing feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Apprenticeships Admissions Manager to create and implement apprenticeship programme planners.
  • Work closely with the Head of Client Services to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and provide exceptional client service.
  • Ensure accurate data entry of apprentice details and course bookings onto various systems.
  • Draft and submit apprenticeship enrolment forms onto our enrolment system.
  • Track, chase, and report on outstanding actions related to the onboarding process.
  • Produce reports on student and client information to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry processing skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure during busy onboarding periods.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using various software systems.
