About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their own homes, providing personalized care and assistance with daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany clients on outings and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
- Assist with medication management and provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with mobility and transfer clients safely
- Prepare meals and snacks, and perform light housekeeping tasks
