About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Skilled Operative to join our team at our Buckinghamshire plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Asphalt plant, including the Weighbridge, Asphalt production, and loading shovel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Plant Manager in ensuring Health and Safety is prioritized while meeting customer production needs.
- Perform day-to-day operations of the Weighbridge, Asphalt production, and loading shovel.
- Ensure general maintenance and housekeeping of the plant.
- Comply with all Company Health, Safety & Environmental systems and reporting procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar production environment, preferably Asphalt, Concrete, or aggregates.
- Ability to operate a weighbridge, loading shovel, and asphalt mixing equipment.
- Good understanding of industry Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility with regards to working hours, reliability, and enthusiasm.
