About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Project Worker to join our team at White Trees Group. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for our young people.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and encourage children to progress towards their full potential, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a consistent and high-quality service is provided, adhering to our company's values and policies.
  • Engage with our Wellbeing Services to ensure all young people have access to therapeutic support, promoting their overall well-being and development.
  • Administer medication in line with White Trees policy and regulatory expectations, ensuring the health and safety of our young people.
  • Provide personal care to young people who are unwell or struggling with personal hygiene, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date, reflecting the changing needs of our young people.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to develop your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the best possible support.
