Job Description

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our Year 4 students;
  • Implementing effective teaching strategies to inspire and motivate students;
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing regular feedback, and setting targets for improvement;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices;
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships;
  • Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field;
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent;
  • Proven experience teaching Year 4 students in a primary school setting;
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • An ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
