About the Role
The AP Manager will lead a team of professionals in the Purchase Ledger function, overseeing the end-to-end payable process from receipt of invoices to payment. Key responsibilities include developing policies and procedures, maintaining relationships with vendors, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.

Responsibilities and Expectations
* Develop and implement efficient processes for payment processing and vendor relationship management
* Lead and manage a team of AP professionals to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in AP or a related field
* Strong leadership and staff management skills
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
