A Day in the Life

You'll be responsible for ensuring developers and test engineers have the tools and infrastructure to develop and implement automated tests efficiently during feature development. Collaborate with your team to highlight gaps in test coverage and develop guidelines that encourage better testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure developers and test engineers have the tools and infrastructure to develop and implement automated tests efficiently during feature development.
  • Collaborate with developers and test engineers to highlight gaps in test coverage and develop guidelines that encourage better testing.
  • Research and implement new technologies and techniques to support various parts of the testing process.
  • Identify, design, and deliver bespoke tooling to drive efficiency and engineering productivity.
  • Ensure the tooling and infrastructure have monitoring built-in to measure results against quality goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as an SDET, SET, SRE, TestOps, Software Engineer in Test, or Automation Tester.
  • 5+ years of experience working in an agile team.
  • Excellent knowledge and applied expertise in test and quality practices.
  • Experience in test practices for native mobile and/or full-stack web applications.
  • Expert knowledge of programming and automation tooling.
