About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver support to individuals to help them sustain their tenancy or home
  • Work with people in their homes to provide support and guidance
  • Help individuals to improve resilience, reduce isolation, and maximise their income
  • Support individuals to access employment and improve their health and wellbeing
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a similar environment
  • Determination and commitment to making a difference to the lives of those we support
  • A flexible approach
  • A full clean driving license, business insurance, and access to your own car to use within the role
