Job Title: Deputy Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Hotel Manager to join our Premier Inn team in Keswick. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

About the Role:
  • Lead and motivate our team to deliver outstanding service and compliance with brand standards
  • Manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to maintain our high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to enhance our guests' experience, taking on feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations
About You:
  • Previous management experience in the hospitality industry or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service
  • Motivated to advance your career within hotel management
  • Excellent team management and communication skills
  • Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service
