Job Title: Commercial Officer - Cost Management Specialist
At Innotech Partners, we are seeking a skilled Commercial Officer - Cost Management Specialist to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage contract lifecycle cost plans
- Provide stakeholder support and produce quotations
- Engage with supply chains for procurement and manage invoices
- Price billable works, manage variations, and maintain cash flow forecasts
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks
Key Skills:
- Strong integrity, self-motivation, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing needs
Requirements:
- Industry-relevant qualification
- Experience in construction or maintenance cost management
- Facilities management knowledge and client/supply chain relationship skills
