We are seeking a skilled Day Health Care Assistant to join our team in Leicester. As a Day Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for prioritising the provision of person-centred care to our elderly residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and privacy.
Your key responsibilities will include adhering to relevant policies, procedures, and practices within a care environment, working collaboratively with the care team to foster a positive and supportive working environment, and participating in comprehensive training programs throughout the year.
The successful candidate will have no prior experience necessary as full training will be provided. However, experience in a similar environment is welcomed.
Key skills and qualifications required include a team-oriented attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and eagerness to learn. A commitment to delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with residents is also essential.
The estimated hourly rate of pay for this role is £11.44 - £11.79.
