Primary School Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our team at a primary school in M40. This is a full-time, long-term role that requires someone who is passionate about supporting children's education and can adapt to different school environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lessons and activities alongside the class teacher, promoting inclusivity for all pupils.
- Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and parents, demonstrating professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Assist with the management of pupil behaviour and provide additional support as needed.
- Monitor and track pupil progress, maintaining strong communication with the class teacher.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Diploma are highly desirable.
