At Venatu Consulting Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Paint Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Paint Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes on accident-damaged vehicles, ensuring that repairs meet insurance requirements and exceed customer expectations.

• Carry out timely and accurate repairs in line with estimates and insurance company guidelines, contributing to maximising labour sales in the Bodyshop.
• Prepare and paint vehicles to a high standard, minimising rework and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Use all products economically to reduce waste and control costs.
• Complete all work within the agreed time scales.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed to a high standard.
• Adhere to systems and procedures as defined by the Bodyshop Manager and company policies.
• Maintain compliance with Manufacturer and Insurer standards and requirements.
• Work effectively as part of the Bodyshop team and respond positively to requests from the Bodyshop Manager or Supervisor.
• Follow all relevant Health & Safety procedures.

• Proven experience as a qualified Paint Technician with a track record of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work within agreed timeframes while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
• A positive team player with a proactive attitude.

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
• Flexible working hours will be considered.
