Angus Steakhouse BartenderWe are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Angus Steakhouse, an iconic restaurant brand in the heart of London's West End. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing outstanding customer service, and creating a warm atmosphere for our guests.
Salary: £14.94 hourly starting salary with a raise to £15.94 after probation (inclusive of tronc)
Job Description:
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar area
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and stock rotation
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and alcohol laws
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or mixologist in a high-volume bar
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
