About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Carer to join our Residential Care Team. As a Senior Carer, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, providing training, supervision, and delegating duties on shift. You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with healthcare professionals and resident family members.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in health and social care, with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You will have previous experience in a residential care setting, with proven team leadership skills and the ability to make appropriate decisions to support the needs and wellbeing of our residents. We are looking for someone who is warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support.
