Job Title: Nursery Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at an Ofsted-rated 'Good' Nursery school in Brent, London.

Job Summary:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to children within Early Years, following the EYFS framework. You will work closely with the Class Teacher and other staff members to create a nurturing and welcoming environment for all.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to children, promoting their learning and development.
  • Assist in planning and executing enriching activities to enhance student learning and development.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Identify and address the additional support needs of students.

Requirements:

  • Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, preferably in a mainstream school.
  • A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with SEN experience.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people, with a patient and empathetic approach.
