The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Description:**

  • As the Vacations Immunization Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our immunization team to ensure timely delivery of vaccination programs and meeting contract specifications.
  • Lead and manage teams, including performance management, absence management, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Manage consent form processing and Patient Group Directives (PGDs) for Immunizations.
  • Review uptake figures and collaborate with schools and management to implement improvement plans.
  • Handle stock ordering and arrange transportation of vaccinations.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in managing and planning rotas.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
  • Organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent IT skills and advanced MS Excel.
