The Role
We are looking for a talented Senior Associate with 5+ years of post-qualified experience. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a mixed diet of work, including private M&A, together with private equity. You will have the opportunity to develop deep sector expertise and have a high degree of autonomy and client involvement.

- Deliver legal and commercial solutions, working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to provide an outstanding client experience.
- Take responsibility for managing and developing strong relationships with clients based on an understanding of their business objectives.
