About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and satisfied with the outcome.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of site coordinators and other personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure that all parties are informed and satisfied with the project's progress.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality and safety standards, adhering to CBRE's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Qualifications: Recognized technical qualification in construction, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or a similar field, and a business standard of written and verbal literacy and numeracy.
