Job Title: Machine Learning Innovator

About the Role:

At RAPP, we're seeking a talented Machine Learning Innovator to join our world-class Data Science team. As a Machine Learning Innovator, you'll play a key role in leading the development of end-to-end pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models to solve a variety of marketing problems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the development of end-to-end pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models.
  • Applying MLOps to operationalize machine learning models and drive clients' regular marketing campaigns.
  • Supporting data scientists to build predictive models to improve and optimize media performance, customer experiences, efficient revenue generation, and other business outcomes across a range of sectors.
  • Developing performant data pipelines to power AI model training and evaluation workflows.
  • Collaborating with data scientists and client partners to identify and advise on opportunities for applying machine learning models to high-impact business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience building machine learning models.
  • Proficiency with Python, SQL, Bash, HTML/CSS/JS, and Excel.
  • Experience with Jupyter notebooks, type-checking, functional programming, PyTest, Pandas, SciKit, PyTorch, CI/CD, and Git.
  • Understanding of the core concepts of probability and statistics.
  • Experience with containerization – Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud architecture, API design, Python web app design, security, and deployment.
  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform.
  • Experience visualizing data using Plotly and Matplotlib.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
  • Broad understanding of the marketing ecosystem and measurement framework.
  • Experience creating data pipelines from various data sources.
  • Experience with cloud providers – AWS, Citrix, Databricks.
  • Experience creating DAGs in tools such as Airflow.
  • Experience with distributed computing – PySpark.
