We are seeking a skilled Membership Administrator to support the membership team at Anderson Clark Limited. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with clients, graduates, and business school faculty while assisting in the smooth operation of membership activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate business school visits and arrange webinars for the membership team.
  • Support user engagement on the membership platform by sharing news and insights within the network.
  • Assist in compiling data for annual research reports.
  • Help plan workshops, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Promote and facilitate workshop outreach and engagement.
  • Handle membership queries, especially related to the career development centre.
  • Assist business schools with setting up groups in the membership platform.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the membership team as needed.
  • Support the setup of annual surveys.
