Membership Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Membership Administrator to support the membership team at Anderson Clark Limited. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with clients, graduates, and business school faculty while assisting in the smooth operation of membership activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate business school visits and arrange webinars for the membership team.
- Support user engagement on the membership platform by sharing news and insights within the network.
- Assist in compiling data for annual research reports.
- Help plan workshops, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Promote and facilitate workshop outreach and engagement.
- Handle membership queries, especially related to the career development centre.
- Assist business schools with setting up groups in the membership platform.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the membership team as needed.
- Support the setup of annual surveys.
This role is a great opportunity to develop your administrative skills and work collaboratively with the membership team.
