Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company, in their search for a skilled tradesperson to work in their facility in Suffolk.

The successful candidate will be offered:

  • £40,000 - £43,500 per annum
  • 8 hour Double Day shift (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm) Monday to Friday
  • Permanent
  • 28 days of holiday including bank holidays rising to 33
  • Company Pension

The role involves delivering sustainable preventative maintenance and reactive and efficient breakdown service on operational equipment, working to set a program of preventative and autonomous maintenance, and supporting C.I. projects and refurbishment as required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical disciplines, experience of production equipment maintenance and refurbishment, and the ability to work as part of a team and use their own initiative in planned and emergency breakdown situations.
