">Salary: £12 per hour, plus 15 minutes travel time paid each client visited throughout the working day. The estimated annual salary is approximately £24,640 based on a 37.5-hour workweek.
About the Role: We are seeking a caring and patient individual to support our clients in living as tenants and citizens in their local community. Your role will involve enabling and supporting individuals to make informed choices, promoting self-advocacy and access to mainstream services that respect their cultural and spiritual beliefs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A kind and empathetic approach towards clients with learning disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform tasks associated with the role
