We are currently recruiting a Home Based Social Worker to join our Older Peoples Services team in Doncaster. This is a locum, 3-month contract position with a salary of approximately £12,160-£13,360 (based on a 30-hour week) depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Description Summary
- Carry out adult social work duties in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Manage a caseload under the supervision of the Team Manager.
- Work with colleagues to identify and meet the needs of our clients.
- Build skills in supporting older adults, including those with mental health issues and physical disabilities.
Necessary Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in social work or equivalent.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a frontline Social Worker in Adults Social Services in the UK.
