We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Co-Founder and Innovation Lead in the field of Direct Air Capture. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of climate technology and driving innovation in the field of Direct Air Capture.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in engineering, thermodynamics, and mass-transfer reactors. You will be responsible for leading the development of our Direct Air Capture technology, working closely with our team of experts to design and optimize our systems. Your expertise will be essential in driving the innovation and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our Direct Air Capture technology, working closely with our team of experts to design and optimize our systems.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop a platform product that supercharges the scale-up journey of our customers and partners.
  • Articulate lean principles and maintain a focus on customers and value generation.
  • Develop and implement strategies for solving complex problems and driving progress in the field of Direct Air Capture.

Requirements

  • PhD or equivalent industry know-how in engineering, thermodynamics, and mass-transfer reactors.
  • Strong understanding of the processes for Direct Air Capture and techno-economic modelling.
  • Experience in building and scaling new technologies from concept to demonstration.
  • Ability to articulate lean principles and maintain a focus on customers and value generation.
  • Self-confidence and self-reliance in both theoretical and experimental engineering disciplines.
