About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Manager to join our team at LiFE Residential. As a key member of our Property Services department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 135 properties across London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading privately-owned real estate agency and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to our property owners, residents, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new tenancies and renewals
  • Coordinate purchases, deliveries, exchanges, and removals
  • Work with contractors to get quotes for works and ensure timely completion
  • Perform periodic property inspections for your portfolio

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to switch your style depending on who you're dealing with. Prioritization and planning skills are also essential, as well as at least one year's experience in Property Management. If you don't have direct experience, but like the sound of the role, we'd love to hear from you as we also hire for trainees.
