Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our residential property underwriting strategy for equity release.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Mentor and guide a team of surveyors to achieve outstanding results.
Requirements
  • FRICS or MRICS qualification with significant experience in managing complex residential property portfolios.
  • Detailed knowledge of construction methods, transactions, and valuations in diverse property types.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
