**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Employment Tax Manager to oversee and manage various employment tax compliance matters across our global operations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employment tax regulations in multiple jurisdictions and a track record of implementing effective tax compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax implications for employees on international assignments, including tax equalization, tax treaty analysis, and coordination with external tax advisors.
  • Develop and implement processes to assess and manage tax obligations for employees engaged in cross-border business travel.
  • Oversee the administration and compliance of PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA) programs, ensuring accurate reporting and payment of tax liabilities on non-cash benefits.
  • Stay abreast of changes in employment tax legislation and regulations globally, and ensure company policies and procedures remain compliant.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to develop tax-efficient strategies for employee compensation and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment tax compliance, preferably in a multinational corporation or professional services firm.
  • Deep understanding of employment tax laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
