Job Title: Travel Money Advisor

Are you passionate about helping customers navigate the world of international money? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a love for numbers? We're looking for a skilled Travel Money Advisor to join our team at Travelex.

About the Role:

As a Travel Money Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers with their foreign exchange needs. You'll work closely with our retail customers to understand their travel requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures
Requirements:
  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and attention to detail
  • IT proficient, with experience using computers and in-house till systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Desire to succeed and make a positive impact on our customers' experiences
