Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our team at our residential service in Barton-upon-Humber. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centred care, promoting independence and confidence in daily living skills, social interactions, and community engagement. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans, ensuring the individual's safety and well-being at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues. A strong commitment to delivering person-centred care, along with a passion for enhancing the quality of life, is essential. Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs is desirable, but not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success.
