Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Holden Jones Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing accounting standards and procedures, including transactional functions, monthly management accounts, statutory returns, budget preparation, and cashflow forecasting.

You will be responsible for a small team and will work closely with senior management to influence business decisions and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting standards and procedures, including transactional functions, monthly management accounts, statutory returns, budget preparation, and cashflow forecasting.
  • Lead a small team of finance professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
  • Work closely with senior management to influence business decisions and improve processes.
  • Assess and improve processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in finance, including experience in assessing and improving processes. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
