Senior Housing Support Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Housing Support Coordinator to join our client, a respected housing provider in Yorkshire.
This part-time role (20 hours per week) offers the perfect opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful contribution to older adults' lives while developing their career in supported housing.
You will work 12noon - 4pm Monday to Friday, creating a supportive, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. Your key responsibilities include conducting regular welfare checks, managing daily resident support services, maintaining detailed digital records, coordinating with healthcare professionals, families, and contractors, implementing health and safety protocols, and managing safeguarding procedures.
Key Requirements:- Proven experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong empathy and exceptional communication skills
- Understanding of safeguarding principles and data protection
- Knowledge of welfare benefits systems
- Proficiency with IT systems and digital record-keeping
- A positive, proactive approach to resident support
The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a genuine difference in people's lives and have a strong understanding of the importance of resident care and efficient property management.
