About the Role
  • Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of personal tax compliance clients and identify opportunities for tax planning and advisory services
  • Play a key role in delivering estate planning services to clients and train and mentor junior staff to develop their professional skills
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, oversee the financial management of your portfolio, and contribute to the firm's Business Development initiatives
Requirements
  • ACA and/or CTA qualified with experience in personal tax compliance or managing a portfolio that delivers personal tax and estate planning services
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in identifying and delivering tax planning opportunities, and solid organisational skills
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
