About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Promote People. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our golf resort and ensuring the delivery of our overall financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our members and visitors.
  • Collaborate closely with departmental managers to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our staff and members.
  • Support the delivery of capital projects, working closely with our development team to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Uphold brand standards, ensuring our facilities and services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a proven track record in management or a supervisory position in a leisure facility, golf resort, or hotel. You will possess polished leadership and coaching skills, with a hands-on management style and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with staff, members, and stakeholders. You will be a strategic thinker, with a deep understanding of the leisure industry and the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
