Student Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team at BHE Uni. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for advising prospective EU and Home students about their study options and converting them into students.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales position and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of every interaction with prospective students using our CRM system and promoting its use within the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively contact prospective students to advise them in their study choices and convert them into students.
- Maintain detailed records of every interaction with prospective students using our CRM system.
- Be the key respondent to inquiries made via our online chat.
- Show the highest level of service when dealing with prospective and current students by consistently exceeding team and individual targets and KPIs.
- Monitor the inquiries email and WhatsApp and respond to inquiries in a prompt manner.
- Handle Facebook, TikTok, and other online leads and provide necessary guidance for university admission.
- Have a full understanding of the courses offered by partner institutions, their method of delivery, and government funding opportunities.
- Help with university and college applications, UCAS applications, and guidelines for funding applications.
- English test and interview preparation and guidance to applicants.
- Keep updated about the education sector news and share it with the marketing team.
- Report directly to the branch manager and provide valuable feedback for future marketing strategies.
- Work outside of normal working hours to support the marketing team internally and externally.
Required experience and qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in the EU and Home student recruitment process.
- Full knowledge of the SFE process for EU and Home students.
- Understanding of the commercial challenges of converting prospects into students.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
