We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our logistics team in Southall, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to customers, maintaining excellent service and adherence to delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive and deliver goods to customers across various locations, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
- Load and unload goods, handling items with care and attention to detail.
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules accurately, maintaining a high level of organization and time management.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition, adhering to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Complete delivery records and paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies, prioritizing the safety of yourself and others.
- Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of reliability and efficiency.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional service to customers.
- Ability to handle and lift heavy items, with a strong emphasis on safety and physical well-being.
