About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at HSBC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing an exceptional customer experience and taking ownership of their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, engaging in effective conversations and building strong connections with customers.
  • Take ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution, delivering a personalized, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Play a pivotal role within our Branch Customer Service Team, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
  • Identify customers who are in vulnerable situations and determine the best way to support them.
  • Help customers with more complex banking needs, ensuring they feel supported in their choices.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage in effective conversations and build strong connections with customers.
  • Be resilient to a continuous changing environment, with the ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • Have a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
