Accountability

We are seeking a responsible and self-motivated Fuel Cost Controller to join our team in Luton. As a key member of our Fuel team, you will be accountable for financial planning, reporting, and analysis of fuel costs.

You will deliver monthly P&L forecasts and budget management, while also supporting strategic cost-saving initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership and responsibility, combining finance and non-finance elements, and working as a true business partner across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of post-qualified experience and excellent analytical skills, including a strong understanding of variance analysis and key business drivers.

They will be adept at summarising and communicating key insights from large data sets with a high attention to detail and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience), up to 20% bonus, 25 days holiday, BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes, 7% pension, Life Assurance, Flexible benefits package, Excellent staff travel benefits.
