At Corpay, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Support Administrator to join our UK Business Support division in Swindon.

About the Role

This full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract position involves providing administrative support across multiple accounts and serving as the first point of contact for query resolution. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create new customer and merchant accounts with precision and efficiency
  2. Perform quality assurance checks on new accounts to ensure seamless implementation of services
  3. Identify and rectify errors in new customer or merchant accounts
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving queries and issues raised by the merchant, Relationship Management, or customer-facing teams
  5. Handle incoming calls from merchants regarding card acceptance, invoice queries, network additions, deletions, and other changes
  6. Create and amend price rules
  7. Manage regular tasks and queries in a timely manner, providing solutions and advice within agreed service levels
  8. Process, reconcile VISA payments, and manage disputes
  9. Identify sites with zero turnover and investigate further action
  10. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in customer service, operations, or administration with a focus on meeting service level agreements
  • A proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a busy team, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to support others
  • Excellent customer service skills, a proactive 'can-do' attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, SQL, and financial systems
  • Experience with SalesForce is desirable
