About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team in Horsham. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and developing your skills to progress to a store management role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and drives loyalty
  • Drive sales growth through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and commercial awareness
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement
