Job Title: Commercial Disputes

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigator to join our highly regarded Tier 1 ranked Disputes team in Cardiff. The work we handle is complex, diverse, and demanding, concerning all aspects of commercial litigation. Our clients are generally based across the UK and internationally.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Lawyer who combines good academic credentials with sound practical experience and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of general commercial litigation experience and be technically competent and commercially aware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Supervise and support the development of junior lawyers
  • Work effectively under pressure to tackle tough decisions and present innovative ways to help clients
  • Adhere to internal procedures and systems of Capital including file/case management, time recording, WIP management
  • Keep up to date with law and practice as part of continuing professional development (CPD)
  • Maintain high standards of professional conduct while generating required practice income
