Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ALPLA, a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic packaging.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our blow moulding machines and associated production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise equipment uptime and ensure compliance with company maintenance procedures and health & safety requirements.
  • Provide planned and repair maintenance to all plant and works services within the scope of your training.
  • Ensure all equipment, machinery, and peripherals operate efficiently and at full capability, ensuring a continuous production process.
  • Carry out repairs on machines as part of breakdown or preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork and maintenance logs are completed correctly and accurately in accordance with company procedure.
  • Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with quality, hygiene, and food safety policies.
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing/Production experience is essential (Plastics, Packaging, FMCG, Food, Beverage, Pharma or similar).
  • Multi Skilled experience is highly desirable.
