We are actively seeking an experienced Project Administrator based at our Swadlincote office to drive projects forward and ensure timely completion. The successful candidate will come with experience of managing a busy workload and be able to multi-task effectively.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in project coordination. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the project team by coordinating and supporting projects
  • Calls and coordinates with clients on their needs
  • Raising order requests
  • Updating the project database
  • Preparing paperwork for project managers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Project coordination and management skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with project documentation and reporting
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety standards in construction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
